Thai expats living in the UK offered greater opportunities to purchase real estate in Thailand.
KogoPAY welcomed 65 Thai VIPs, who all call the UK home, to the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London on Monday 15th May to celebrate our partnership with The Estate (Thailand), part of MQDC group and provide them with the first opportunity to purchase from a selection of MQDC’s new developments.

Among our guests, 15 signed an agreement to purchase MQDC’s new apartments in Bangkok; some as potential rentals, others to expand a property portfolio, but all now with a stronger tie to their native capital and the choice to stay in a fantastic property while visiting home.
Mr. Prakhan Kordumrong, Director of The Office of Commercial Affairs at the Royal Thai Embassy in London, delivered an opening speech. Dr. Natenapis Sookbang-Naidoo, President of The Estate (Thailand) talked about the vision and mission of the company, including the focus on constructing sustainable properties with a strong focus on the wellbeing of inhabitants without compromising planet-friendly principles while our founder Dr Narisa Chauvidul-Aw spoke about KogoPAY products, our product road map and what the partnership with The Estate (Thailand) and MQDC is all about.
Her speech gave a nod to our burgeoning partnership with MQDC. With KogoPAY MQDC’s official payment partner, a core aim is to invite Thais home, whether through permanent settlement or property interests. This means customers, investors and purchasers can pay their booking fees and make other relevant payments through the KogoPAY app. We believe this will be faster and easier than many of the alternatives.
